Things to do

Penzance is an interesting, characterful town with lovely gardens, galleries, a cinema (and a new art-house cinema just opened in Newlyn), good independent shops, local food markets some days, lots of good pubs, restaurants and cafe’s.  It’s a great place to live and great place to visit, and is located in the middle of some of the most spectacular granite landscape and coastline in the country.  Moorland walking, beautiful beaches and rugged clifftops – it’s all here.
