Accommodation at Bodrifty Roundhouse, Bodrifty Farm,West Penwith Cornwall

Bodrifty Roundhouse at Bodrifty Farm is located high on the beautiful West Penwith moors deep in the heart of West Cornwall between Penzance and St Ives in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is one of the world’s most unusual and quirky places to stay.

Our ancient 100 acre hill Farm has been a working farm for centuries. In it’s current form it is home to rare breeds of Belted Galloways and an abundance of bird and wildlife in an oasis of peace and tranquility.

In 1999 Bodrifty Roundhouse was built to celebrate the millennium and is an authentic replica of a Celtic Chief’s Roundhouse at Bodrifty Iron Age Village located on our farm just 3 fields away from the Roundhouse. Bodrifty Iron Age is one of the most important, largest and best preserved Iron Age settlements (built on Bronze Age foundations) in Western Europe and so for this reason alone Bodrifty Roundhouse is a genuinely unique place to stay.

Bodrifty Roundhouse was opened by TimeTeam and has featured in The Times, The Telegraph, The Guardian, the Guardian Travel, The Independent, GQ, Slow Cornwall, Cool Places, Lonely Planet and Cabin Porn. The Roundhouse has been featured and reviewed in GoGlamping. Cool Places
