About us

Hidden is a curated collection of authentic private home accommodation for holidays exclusively in West Cornwall. Hidden was founded in 2008 when we moved back from London to Mousehole. We made part of the house we bought into a separate letting space and Hidden grew organically from there. I originally grew up in Mousehole but, then like many before me left to seek my fortune. (WIP). I qualified as an employment and media lawyer and lived in London for many years.  

Our Ethos

I am lucky as I love both my jobs, being a Lawyer and running a holiday lettings agency. Over the years family, friends, friends of friends have asked me to let their family homes and the business has evolved into the current collection. We only accept places in our collection that we would like to stay in ourselves and are in the best locations. Our ethos is that we want you to feel when you stay with us, as if you are staying at  a friend of a friends house and it is essential that you feel at home.

Guide

We want you to experience life as a local does and so we supply all our guests with an insiders guide to the area in advance of your stay so your stay can be fully planned. We will willingly help curate your stay as part of our service. However if you are a spontaneous last-minute type, (me too) you can just play it all by ear.

Complimentary Conceirge Service

We are  happy to personally curate your stay as we know all the best places to eat, drink, visit and if you ask nicely we will let you know where the secret beaches are (not many left, but some remain).

We also know that many of you simply want to rest and recharge and be left in peace, and so tat is why all our beds are super comfortable with professionally laundered linen..
