The Penthouse is a light filled reverse level house: upstairs has floor to ceiling bifold doors opening from the large open plan fully fitted Kitchen and Living Room onto a private south facing balcony overlooking the sea. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms of which 2 have French doors opening onto the deck with a hot tub and steps leading down to a private lawned garden.

Outside The Town Penthouse
The Penthouse is a 5 min walk to Penzance centre, with all its shops, bars and restaurants. The beach of Marazion and the world famous St Michaels Mount are an easy walk on the coastal footpath (SWCP )which is a 5 minute stroll from The Penthouse. The footpath path runs along the shoreline of Mounts Bay, Newlyn & Mousehole which all have great shops, galleries and restaurants. The Penthouse has stunning sea views over Mounts Bay, which are great by day and romantic by night.

Things to do
St Ives, Lands’ End, The Tate St Ives, Marazion, St Michaels Mount, Minack Theatre, Porthcurno Beach and the surfing beach of Sennen are all less than 10 mins drive away so there is plenty to see and do. Penzance has lots of restaurants, bars and galleries to visit. The far West of Cornwall is well known for its stunning coastlines which are all accessible from the Southwest Coast Path. We also have some amazing tropical gardens to visit. Alternatively you can just chill in peace on your private decks and relax..
