The house is extremely well located being close to both the beach and coastal paths which was ideal as we had a dog with us. Great views from various rooms and it is unusual to have a car parking space St Ives. It was also very well equipped (there was all the equipment to cook a birthday cake) and very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a dog friendly accommodation. It was in pristine condition. Superb location with the beach and town centre within easy walking distance. This certainly isn't a criticism but it is a little hilly for those who struggle with mobility. Would definitely book again and return. Bonus points for easy parking.

Great place, plenty of space, wonderful views across Porthmoer beach, watching the surfers taking out waves all day and the sea birds diving for their feed. Easy location for access into St Ives with all its shops and resturants. Kitchen had everything you needed, plenty of bedrooms to accomodate even though it was just the two of us staying. Well recommended.
