A large well loved, 4 bedroom, Georgian Cornish house with eclectic charm in central Penzance, with gated parking for 1 car & good wifi. Owned and lived in by a filmmaker & a surfer. It is let out for parts of the year when he is travelling. The house is within a few minutes walking distance to Penzance train station, Marazion’s golden sandy beaches, & the iconic St Michael’s Mount. This spacious property is a unique place to holiday and relax in Penzance, West Cornwall.
