A romantic & private retreat for two (plus a well-behaved furry friend) but sadly no room for infants, it has a comfortable bedroom, shower room, fully stocked kitchen, good Wi-Fi, & an upstairs, light-filled living area. The sunlit mezzanine is perfect for chilling at night. Moments from the beautiful beaches, the Tate, & great restaurants, this is St Ives at its most authentic & intimate.

Thoughtfully restored from a former fishing-port workshop, this charming tiny home offers a private and romantic escape for two, with one well-behaved dog welcome. The home features a comfortable double bedroom, modern shower room, compact but fully equipped kitchen and a bright upstairs living area with a sofa, armchair and Smart TV.
Perfectly positioned for exploring St Ives on foot, you are just moments from the harbour, beautiful beaches, Tate St Ives, independent galleries, boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Fast Wi-Fi and a peaceful setting make it equally suited to relaxing indoors or enjoying everything the town has to offer.

We loved our stay at Em’s little place - it had everything we needed and more.The location was fantastic too - less than a minute’s walk to the beach Also, Emma’s friendly communication was much appreciated, as were her tips andrecommendations for things to do, day-trips and places to eat and drink.Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Immaculate and everything you need is there. Is a bit difficult to find but emm did instruct us what 3 words. But I knew best being a man! Would be best Parking at the harbour was easiest option. Everything on your doorstep. Stunning views at the harbour. Great restaurants and bars will definitely stay again.

The accommodation was perfect! It was so close to the beach whilst still being tucked on a quiet side street so it was lovely and peaceful.
It was a light space that felt bright and clean. We would highly recommend Sico’s happy hour on the harbour wall if you like a beer or a cocktail and we had a wonderful meal at St.Eai.KATIE
