Lost wax casting workshop with Ritual Studio Founder Aquila Dunford Wood

This is a highly recommended workshop held at the Newlyn Exchange gallery -I went to the one back in the Summer and it was a great day spent with creative people and the highly talented Aquilla of Ritual Studios 

Workshop for adults, max capacity 10 per workshop

Ritual Studio Founder Aquila Dunford Wood will guide you through a day of tactile and spiritual exploration, using tarot, astrology and body intuition to make your own evocative jewellery talismans, working with the ancient technique of lost wax casting.

During this workshop you will be making two jewellery pieces of your choice out of wax (ring, bangle or pendant). Aquila will take all designs away with her and cast them in brass at her studio and return the finished pieces to you. You will learn about shapes, settings, sizes while listening to your intuition in creating jewellery that speaks to and from you.

£185 per person, booking essential.
All materials, as well as lunch and snacks will be provided. Please wear old clothes and/or an apron.
